Acorn Direct is dedicated to providing a cost effective service with no registration fee or hidden charges; what you see below is what you pay. The only exception would be for additional postage charges for the return of identification documents.

Who pays and when?

If your employer is paying for your Disclosure then we will invoice them directly. If you are responsible for your own fees we will invoice you. In both cases payment must be made before we send your application form to the DBS.

Please Note:

We do NOT make any cancellation charges provided the form has not been posted off to the DBS. If an application form has been sent on to the DBS, the fee is applicable and is non-refundable.

All charges are inclusive of the DBS rate and our administration fees and are correct as of May 2021 and may be subject to change.
